Refund policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
Because Calmfort products are consumable (ingestible), we can only accept returns on unopened, untampered packages in their original packaging.
Opened packages cannot be returned for health and food safety reasons.
Before sending anything back, please email us at hello@calmfort.co so we can review your request and provide next steps.
Returns sent without prior email approval may be delayed or not accepted.
Please note:
Only unopened items in their original condition are eligible to be considered for a refund.
Returning your order does not guarantee a refund—all refunds are determined case-by-case after we receive and inspect the items.
Any promotional items or free gifts (including samples) must also be included in your return. Missing promotional items may be deducted at full retail value.
Shipping costs for returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer.
A restocking fee equal to (a) the original shipping cost plus (b) 5% of your total order value will be deducted from any refund issued.
This fee is waived if you choose to receive your refund as a Calmfort gift card.
Please include your order confirmation or proof of purchase inside your return package.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@calmfort.co if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on opened packages, sale items, and/or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please complete a return (if eligible) and place a separate new order for the item you want once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied. Refund approval is determined case-by-case.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
